The steer will be grain fed for a year and then delivered to a processor within 60 miles. If you have a processor further away there will be an additional fee. 

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due when reserving a steer. The remainder is due the week before we deliver to the processor. 

You pay the processing fees. It is your responsibility to call the processor with your instructions for your cuts of meat.
